The carriage of animals is subject to the express permission of the carrier at the airport of origin, upon payment of a specified fee, determined based on the total weight (animal + container). The total weight will be charged as excess baggage (since the first pound, ie independent of the baggage allowance).

Dogs and cats of small and medium are the only animals accepted for transportation and will be accommodated in the luggage compartment of the aircraft. [AMZ asins='B00QHC01C2,B00AAPGA2W,B000633ZOY,B0B77BRG75']

Pregnant females will not be accepted for transport.

Passengers when boarding must submit the following documents to effect the order:

Vaccination certificate (rabies vaccine is required for animals from 3 (three) months of age and must have been applied for more than 20 days and less than one (1) year of shipment);
Health certificate issued by a veterinarian (in the case of females it should specify whether the animal is in gestation period).

The container for the transport of live animals must meet the following requirements:

It must be rigid plastic or fiber that resists weight of other loads to be transported together with it and which prevents the output of the animal;
Be provided with side holes that ensure the circulation and provision of air;
It should allow the operator to perform movements without risk of being attacked by the animal;
Closures must have a device to prevent accidental opening, internally or externally;
The internal floor must be coated or provided with absorbent material to prevent urine / feces of the animal affect the interior of the aircraft and other baggage;
The maximum dimensions allowed for the containers are 50cmx50cmx50cm.

If any of the above conditions are not complied with or where the animal is visibly agitated, the carrier may deny boarding.

Dogs and monkeys trained to drive passengers with visual impairment and / or hearing will be accepted in the passenger cabin, free of payment of a specified fee, with mandatory submission of certificate of health of the animal, provided by the State Department of Agriculture, the Department of Tour Animal Defense or veterinarian, as well as multiple vaccination certificate, rabies and anti-helmítico. The animal stays on the ground next to the passenger seat.

The transport of live animals is limited to one (1) pet per aircraft, unless it is the same owner that may be two (02) animals.

The booking confirmation of the animal is subject to availability upon check-in.
