Pets and Service Animals

Special Needs Guests
Visually impaired guests are welcome to bring their service animal at no additional charge.

Please make arrangements by contacting CanJet at least 48 hours prior to your departure at 1-800-809-7777, open 7 days a week 09H00 to 21H00 Atlantic Standard.

For all customers traveling to/from Toronto Pearson Airport with special needs, please contact ACAP at (416) 776-2227 to make arrangements for pick up/drop off service.

Service Animals
Persons with disabilities who travel with service dogs are asked to discuss their needs with CanJet Airlines at least 48 hours in advance of travel. 1-800-809-7777, 7 days a week 09H00 to 21H00 Atlantic Standard.

Service animals are accepted for carriage free of charge. Passengers must provide proof of certification for the service animal at time of check-in. The animal must remain at the owners feet throughout the flight and. Passengers should advise Flight Attendants of any commands that the animal will obey.

"Service Animal" means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained to assist a person with a disability by a professional service animal institution and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.
